Lisa, Steve, Cade and Toro – Pine Point Beach, Scarborough, Maine

This is my last session of Cade’s first year… [sigh].  I have had so much fun documenting this little guy over the past year, I am sad to have it come to an end.  He has gone from a sleepy infant to a curious toddler in what seems like record time.  It was only fitting that we did his final session at Pine Point Beach – the same location I first shot Lisa & Steve’s engagement photos a few years ago.

This was Cade’s first trip to the beach – the sand was a huge hit!

I love how you can see the enthusiasm in Cade’s step as he makes his way to the water to explore…

Toro may be a giant, but he is definitely a gentle one.  There is nothing that says childhood more than a boy and his trusty dog… And please don’t overlook those chubby one year ankles!  LOVE THEM!
