Time goes by so fast – it seems just yesterday that I looked down at my positive pregnancy test (test number 5, just to be sure…) and went skipping down the hallway wondering how I was going to keep my secret for the next 30 minutes until my husband got home from work.
Now here we are, 38 weeks along into our journey and waiting for our little guy to arrive any day now. Our midwives have requested that I stop shooting until the little guy arrives. Photography is my passion and I am finding myself struggling to leave the camera in the bag.
Here is what 38 weeks looks like from my tripod (that doesn’t count as shooting, does it??)
I am officially on maternity leave, but will be checking my email and voicemail a few times a week. I hope to start working part-time in mid-May and back to my full-time schedule in July.
